I began working with sananaga nine years ago in ceremony. These experiences, though quite enthralling, were infrequent occurances in my life.
This year, I began to feel a powerful call to embark upon a sananga dieta - a daily, deep, and intentional practice with this sacred plant medicine.
The medicine began to intensely call to me, and I knew there was something there waiting for me.
